There are no exceptions.

FAQ

Special Cases for Cancellation

THE REASONING

Why is this policy so strict?

Each appointment is time specifically held for you. Late cancellations leave gaps that cannot typically be filled on short notice.

This policy ensures:

  • Fairness to all clients

  • Respect for reserved time

  • Sustainability of the practice

When you book, you are reserving dedicated care and preparation. As a small business owner and solo operation, every late cancellation directly affects my ability to best support all of my clients, pay my bills, and feed my kitties.

PLANNING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

How can I avoid cancellation fees?

Mark your appointment in your calendar immediately, your booking confirmation should even have a link for you to add your appointment directly to your calendar.

Here’s some more tips if you’re a forgetful or busy human!

  • Set reminders 48 hours before, you will also get a 48 hour reminder email.

  • Check the weather forecast in advance, reschedule if you are feeling uncertain about road conditions.

  • If you start feeling unwell, cancel before the 24-hour mark.

  • Plan childcare, transportation, and scheduling buffers ahead of time. If you need to bring your child(ren) to your appointment, this is ALWAYS okay with me. If you’re able to give a little notice, I’ll plan some activites for them

Life happens, you’re a busy bee, I get it. I support a lot of cool people like you who face burnout and busy lives, so if you can’t make it, it’s really important to me to be able to offer that appointment to another client who could use it. If you cannot cancel within the 24 hour notice, I won’t hate you, but I do need to charge the cancellation fee. We can still be friends! It happens!!

Thank you!

Thank you for understanding and respecting these boundaries. They allow me to continue offering intentional, uninterrupted care to every client who walks through the door. 🌿✨
