Step by Step directions to our Peterborough location including what to expect when you’ve entered the building.

Preparing for your visit!

While we live in the era of Google Maps and other GPS services at our fingertips, I know that a lot of folks like to have a bit more of a visual heads up of what to expect when arriving to a new spot.

This page contains images and written descriptions of what to expect when arriving at Moon and Bloom’s location at 159 King St, Nogojiwanong (Peterborough), Ontario.

    • walk on up to the door and buzz yourself in (code 18)

    • there are public spaces outside to lock up your bicycle, however you are also welcome to bring it into the building. You can leave it on the main floor near the mailboxes, or carry it down the stairs right to my suite.

    • You are welcome to use street parking ($1.75/hr max 2 hours) or park in the King St Parkade ($2.00/hr unlimited time)

    • The nearest street parking meter takes cash or the HotSpot Parking app. The Hotspot Code is 8059.

    • The King St Parkade takes cash, card, or the hotspot Parking app

    • Street parking is free after 6pm and on Stat holidays as well as after 7pm at the King St Garage.

    • For more information about parking in Peterborough, please view the City’s website.

    • there is a bus stop within a 1-2 minute walk of Moon and Bloom’s entrance at George and King. The Simcoe Street Terminal is a 7 minute walk. Once you arrive at the terminal, you will walk towards George St, pass Charlotte, then turn right onto King.

159 King St Suite 110

The entrance to the building is on King Street across from the King Street garage. If you’re coming down George, you’ll want to turn right onto King. Once you arrive, Buzz code 18 and I will promptly let you in! The code is listed in the directory if you forget.

Once you’re in…

Once you’ve gotten in, I’ll be waiting for you in the suite. The space is down a set of stairs, it’s not actually very far from the entrance, but I took a lot of photos so you can know exactly what to expect.

Welcome to the Space

Here’s what you can expect from the space at Moon and Bloom

If you need the bathroom…

There are two key-accessed gendered bathrooms on my floor. Please note that the stalls are all standard-sized (not wheelchair accessible). If you arrive and need a bio-break at any point, I will provide you with the key.

There are period product disposals, but not period products in the toilets (yet) if you require any, please let me know. I have a TON at Moon & Bloom.

Note: If you’re someone who is trans, non-binary, or otherwise do not align with gendered stereotypes and are concerned about gendered bathrooms - the “women’s” washroom will be safe for your use. On this floor there are very rarely any other folks using this toilet and the folks in other offices on this floor are cis-men.
