what’s Moon & Bloom all about?

At Moon and Bloom, we’re empowering people and community leaders like you with the menstruation knowledge and tools to flow through life’s cycles with confidence.

Our current healthcare system doesn’t adequately help or educate the 51% of us with periods. We’re bridging that gap by providing you menstrual and menopause with education, body literacy, and compassionate support.

Hello, I’m Heather

I'm here to create a welcoming and safe space for you through meaningful conversations, personalized cyclical guidance, reiki and reflexology treatments. Your unique wellness journey is #1 priority when we work together. So, I often ask a lot of questions as getting to know you better helps me provide the tailored support you deserve.

Why Learn with Heather?

In addition to lived experience with anxiety, depression, sex & drug addiction recovery, and PMDD, Heather has spent hundreds of hours devoted to learning about holistic health + menstrual cycles. Heather takes a special interest in the biological and cultural expression of menstrual cycle awareness in communities. She has a ton of formal and informal trainings and is currently studying for a 200 Hr YTT, Certified Holistic Nutritionist and completing a formal Certificate as a Cycle Coach.
