Inner Sanctuary is a cyclical living experience designed to reconnect multiple generations to the wisdom held by the seasons of Earth and the seasons of life.
Each season we will have indoor/outdoor activities corresponding to educational themes:
Winter (Dec 5): menstruation + post menopause
Spring (Apr 17): follicular + puberty
Summer (Jun 26): ovulation + matrescence
Autumn (Oct 17): luteal + perimenopause
Gatherings will always be led by the earth and the group’s dynamics. So like, bring your grandmothers, mothers, daughters, or other family members who want to connect to the magic of cyclical living in a seasonal framework.
(It’s kinda like a moon circle, but focused on seasons)
What to Expect:
🌿 Empowering discussions about the menstruating body and cycle
📚 Interactive Craftivity to connect our inner sense of menstruality to the outer environment.
🛋 Cozy, supportive space to chat, share stories, and ask questions
💌 A community vibe where all ages are welcome to learn & grow
🩸 Demo menstrual products to learn how to use different products
From pre-teens exploring period care to adults discussing menopause and everything in between, this space is about creating connections, breaking taboos, and cultivating a sustainable experience of cyclical living.
