Looking for a welcoming space to explore menstrual health, ask questions, or just hang out? The Community Red Tent is here for you!
Whatโs the Red Tent?
Itโs a FREE community pop-up space hosted by Menstrual Educator & Holistic Health Practitioner Heather Litster designed to foster conversations around menstruation, cyclical living, and wellness. Whether youโre curious about your body, seeking resources, or simply want to connect with others, the Red Tent is the perfect spot to learn, share, and grow.
We do seek out occasional sponsorships in alignment with out mission.
If you are interested, in hosting or sponsoring the tent, learn more here. We accept donations of period products at the tent to be used as demonstrative tools or re-distributed to community members in need. We also accept donations of books about menstrual health to add to our lending library for folks to borrow and peruse, this is specifically helpful for those who cannot afford to purchase or want to read them before sharing with thier children. View our wish list.
